St. Goar Castle

We got off the Rhine River ferry at the town of St. Goar to go visit the castle before catching the train to take us back to Mainz.

The Rhein is a very busy commercial transport river and fairly fast flowing. We were amazed at how our large ferry was able to dodge traffic.

The kids enjoyed the endless passageways and tunnels.
